I found this book a bit difficult to read; sometimes I almost needed a dictionary next to me. “Rejection sensitivity is a common disruption manifestation of emotional dysregulation” Huh? Plain English, please! I’ve got a college degree and this book almost made me feel dumb! There are books out there in this subject that are much easier to read.
